As an Outdoor Maintenance Technician, you’re on the front lines keeping our properties looking sharp and running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for completing field services exactly as outlined in client contracts—weekly maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and any other property care tasks. This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic. If you like being active, working outdoors, and seeing the results of your hard work every day, this role is for you.

Crew Lead

As a Crew Lead, you take charge on the ground. You guide a small team of technicians, making sure every property is maintained to the standards our clients expect. You assign tasks, monitor work quality, train team members, and step in to get things done when needed. This role is about leadership in the field—being the person your crew looks to for direction, support, and results. If you like leading by example, solving problems on the fly, and seeing your team succeed, this is the role for you.

Service Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’re the connection between our clients and our crews in the field. You make sure every service is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and solves any issues that come up. You handle scheduling, monitor crew performance, and communicate directly with clients to keep them informed and confident in our work. This role is all about keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our team delivers results our clients can count on.

Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you’re running the show across multiple crews, properties, and service lines. You oversee operations, manage staffing, handle client relationships, and ensure every job meets our high standards. Your focus is on keeping the region running smoothly, growing the business, and making sure both clients and crews get the results they expect. This role is for someone who leads from the top but stays connected to the teams and the field.
