Founder/CEO
Tim is originally from Prairie du Chien, WI and started working in outdoor maintenance services in 2007. In 2017, He saw an opportunity in the greater Grand Forks area and developed a plan to get his first snow removal accounts. He is the driving force behind the PRO Land | Snow’s leadership team and his passion is helping his team succeed. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and working out.
Office Coordinator
Sales Manager
Born and raised in Grand Forks, Grant focuses on building strong client relationships and developing tailored service agreements that align with our clients’ needs. He works closely with our team to ensure every contract is executed with clarity and excellence. Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his family, watching college hockey, and traveling.
Operations Manager
Originally from White Bear Lake, MN, Zach brought years of hands-on experience as a landscape foreman in the Twin Cities before relocating to the area. With a strong background in crew leadership and project execution, he plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently. Outside of work, Zach enjoys hunting, fishing, and the occasional frosted lager.
Delivery Manager
Nick is originally from Thief River Falls and has been managing facilities maintenance since 2015. When he finds the time, he visits the range for target shooting and enjoys pretty much anything outdoors.
Field Manager
Ty is originally from West Fargo and relocated to Grand Forks to start a family. He has been working in the field since 2018, managing snow removal and outdoor maintenance services with hands-on expertise. As Field Manager, Ty plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and crews on track. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Hardscape Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Hardscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on hardscape experience and a proven ability to lead crews and deliver high-quality outdoor projects.
This is a full-time, salaried position with no weekends, weather permitting. During the winter season, the Hardscape Supervisor will have the opportunity to oversee snow removal and de-icing operations.
